RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The data we collect from you is stored within the European Economic Area (“EEA”) but may be transferred to and processed in a country outside the EEA. Any transfer of personal data will be made in accordance with applicable laws. For transfers outside the EEA, Wpm srl will use standard contractual clauses and the Privacy Shield as appropriate safeguards for those countries that have not received an adequacy decision from the European Commission.

*if the user declares that personal data is incorrect, Wpm Srl must restrict all processing of such data until its accuracy has been verified.
*if the processing is not legitimate, it is possible to object to the deletion of personal data and request a restriction of their use instead.
*if Wpm Srl no longer needs the personal data but they are necessary for the user to set up a legal defence
